We hired Frazier's Home Repair as our General Contractor for our master bath renovation and were thoroughly impressed. Chris provided feedback on our wall/tile/quartz choices, sharing his knowledge for us to make the best decisions. His crew went above and beyond each day to make the process as stress-free as possible; keeping the demo area tidy and updating us with the progress of other contractors arriving throughout the week. Work Performed: Performed entire bath demolition (including sunk-in jacuzzi tub), installed all bath plumbing, enlarged existing window & quartz windowsill, installed new vanity mirror, installed quartz countertop, installed clear frameless shower and new floor/wall tile. Installed new stand-alone bathtub. Installed floor ceramic tile and 5.5" base boards.

Our house in Porter, Texas flooded twice in 2020. We had lived in the house for nearly 20 years without any flooding issues and had dwelled there during two prior hurricanes without any flooding, including, Harvey.

​We were very surprised when our house flooded in May with approximately five inches of water inside. Our insurance agent gave us direction as to mitigate the damage as quickly as possible. We interviewed a couple of different contractors for remediation and repairs. After talking to Chris Frazier of Frazier's home repair and remodeling, we decided to award our work to them. They made us feel confident that the work would be done right and in the most expeditious process as possible. They were constantly looking over each other's work for quality control.

Frazier's used subcontractors to do roofing, brick, cabinets, countertops, electrical and plumbing. Each of the subcontractors were just as competent and time conscient. When you are displaced from your home, living in a hotel, timely reconstruction is of the essence. We did have them do some upgrades while the process was ongoing such as removal of a fireplace and relocation of a wall also. They got us back into our home in nine weeks. In speaking with other flood affected homeowners, they were still waiting for the onset of their construction.

Our home flooded again eight weeks later in September. We called Frazier Home Repair and Remodeling again. This time we awarded them with the remediation and repairs. Again, we were back into our home in eight weeks. The work was flawless. They were a pleasure to deal with and have become friends. I would recommend them to anybody considering repairs or remodeling on their homes.

I contacted Chris through Angie's List messaging service and he replied by that evening. He came out the next morning to look at the damage and give us an estimate. He was very polite and didn't try to add any other services onto what we were asking him to do. We agreed on his price and he said that he would send his boys out the next morning to complete the repairs. Mike and Charlie arrived at the time we were told and got right to work. They were polite and did clean work, and answered all our questions. Total time was 4 hours and they did a fantastic job. I will use this company again, and I will tell all my neighbors about them!

From initial contact to end of job, Chris and his crew were professional, courteous and did an overall outstanding job on remodeling the interior of the house. He was very responsive to all of our phone and in person contact. We never thought the old house would look as outstanding as it did when they finished and we were very impressed with the work they did. He tried his best to help us keep the costs low too. We highly recommend this business to anyone that is in need of home repairs.
